Cancellations and rescheduling

All registrations are binding. If for any reason the person is unable to participate, they must notify us immediately. The participant’s company has the right to send another employee to the course in place of the participant. Rescheduling your participation is considered a cancellation.

The following cancellation rules apply if the company does not send a replacement:

In the event of cancellation later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the course, 75% of the entire fee will be charged.
In the event of cancellation later than 2 weeks before the start of the course, the entire fee will be charged.


The prices stated refer the course, educational material, and the cost of board and lodging.
Statutory value added tax will be added.

Invoicing of open courses

Course fees will be billed to the participant’s company approximately 4 weeks prior to the start of the course. Terms of payment are 30 days.

A course is a whole unit

GPL’s courses, while often carried out in several parts, are regarded as whole units, and must also be completed pedagogically as a whole unit.

Reservation for change

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course if there is an insufficient number of participants or if a faculty member is ill and we cannot find a replacement.
We also reserve the right, where necessary, to change course leaders, course premises, literature, etc. Gällöfsta Perlan AB is not responsible for any costs that may arise for participants due to relocation of, changes made to, or cancellation of a course. We cannot guarantee that the course will be held at the place specified. We also reserve the right to make price adjustments.
