Cancellations and rebooking
Registration is binding. In the event that a participant is unable to attend, prompt notification to us is mandatory. The participant’s company reserves the right to substitute another employee for the training. Postponing participation is treated as a cancellation
If the company does not provide a substitute, the following cancellation rules apply:
- For cancellations later than 4 weeks before the course starts, 75% of the total fee will be charged.
- For cancellations later than 2 weeks before the course starts, the full fee will be charged.
Price
The prices specified include the course, documentation, and costs for meals and accommodation. Applicable value-added tax (VAT) is not included.
Invoicing of open courses
Course fees are invoiced to the participant’s company approximately 4 weeks before the course starts. Payment terms are 30 days.
A course is a cohesive whole
Multi-part courses should be regarded and completed as a cohesive whole, ensuring adherence to pedagogical principles for a comprehensive and cohesive learning experience.
Subject to change
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a course if it does not gather a sufficient number of participants. The same applies in the event of illness, where a suitable replacement for the course leader cannot be arranged.
We also reserve the right to make changes concerning course leaders, venue, literature, etc. Gällöfsta Perlan AB is not responsible for any costs incurred by the participant due to rescheduled, modified, or canceled training. We cannot guarantee that the course will be conducted at the specified location. We also reserve the right for potential price adjustments.
