Are you ready to explore what it takes to lead across boundaries in a world that keeps shifting?

You are warmly invited to our combined book launch and special learning event. Together with our colleagues from Renewal Associates, including Professor Peter Hawkins and Naysan Firoozmand, we’ll be sharing insights from the recently published book Team of Teams Coaching: Using a Teaming Approach to Increase Business Impact. 

This will be an interactive, participatory day of of dialogue, reflection and shared learning – a collaborative inquiry into the big questions and systemic challenges that leaders, management teams and organisations are facing now and into the future. 


Throughout the day, we’ll explore: 

  • “Beyond Boundaries” How leadership across organisational boundaries is evolving – and what it demands of us. Keynote speaker Professor Peter Hawkins. 
  • “Leading through Collaboration” A real-world case study and discussion where Dr Magnus Callavik, SVP and Global Head of HVDC Engineering at Hitachi Energy share insights from their organisational transformation journey. 
  • “The Power of Teaming” How to meet complexity not with control, but through more connected and collaborative ways of working. Workshop led by Professor Peter Hawkins. 


Throughout the day you’ll have the opportunity to exchange perspectives with leaders and practitioners from diverse sectors, reflect on your own organisational challenges, and take away fresh thinking and practical insight for working systemically in your own context – whether you’re leading a team, coach others, or shaping culture and strategy across an organisation.
