Leadership for project managers focuses on your personal leadership. You are a leader without holding a formal managerial position. Perhaps you’re a project manager, team leader, process leader, or in another role where you’re expected to lead and achieve results through others, without formal authority.
Leadership for project managers provides a broad understanding of leadership from three perspectives: leading yourself, leading others, and organization. You will explore what motivates you as a leader, gain insights into group dynamics and development, knowledge you can apply to your own team, and receive training in communication and feedback.
The training is deeply rooted in your everyday reality, both through casework and assignments between modules. To support your learning you will be paired with a learning partner from the program.
